Has anyone else been experiencing a no-clipping bug?

It just goes like this:

Game starts

Suddenly spawn under the map floor??

Get immediately kicked from server because it detects it as cheating/no-clipping

Is this "normal"? Is it a new bug? It's happened twice to me already, and I saw it happen to another guy on the server so it's not just me
