Need help finding a video creator / editor for Anniversary Will Pay $

Its me and my girlfriends 6 month anniversary coming up. She's the most artistically gifted human I've ever met and I'm far far from being anything close to it. I love TikTok edits especially well made ones and was thinking to make her one but I have no clue how to do it. Can anyone help me or give me the place where I can get someone to make a compilation edit of our best moments together. It’s right up her alley and I think she’d love it.
