What is the best affordable Wordpress Host for multiple fast sites?

Currently using Godaddy for client sites but the performance hasn't impressed me lately, especially when running heavier themes and plugins. Looking at Hostinger, Namecheap, and Bluehost since they're priced well, but I'm seeing a lot of mixed reviews on speed and scalability. What is the best affordable Wordpress Host if I need to run 3-5 fast, reliable sites under a single account? Has anyone compared Hostinger vs Bluehost vs Namecheap on real-world performance, especially with caching and resource limits?
