Does bottom surgery still let you get pleasure from sex? Since the parts are essentially being “rewired” do things work differently?

Context: I am a closeted mtf. I am also a virgin. I do not intend to have sex until I transition to being a woman.

One of my concerns about transitioning is not being able to enjoy sex. If you do get bottom surgery, how does sexual pleasure work? Is it like a male pleasure were it’s a buildup to a release, or it is waves like female pleasure?
