Tetris on the Deck: Emulation or "Tetris Forever"

I'm looking to get some Tetris action on the deck, and im in quite the funny situation: Either emulate Tetris (never setted up an emulator) or just get Tetris Forever, which is just a collection of remastered and emulated Tetris versions.

Can you set up a game to emulate and have it's shortcut added on steam as in "add a non steam game"?
