Bought phone one time payment 5 months ago, still locked.

I bought an S25 ultra in full with a one time payment on april 21st. Theg said after 60 days i could switch carriers. I've waited 60 days, reached out to support, gave my imei number and waited some more. And here I am and I didn't make an account or have an account when I bought my phone, I called the same store I got the phone from to see if they had a record of my purchase and or if I had made an account or used one, theh didn't. Because I didn't. Was told to contact support but every time I do now, I'm stone walled. "Please enter the Verizon phone number or account number" i dont have either. I can't get past the entry to support to have my phone unlocked without something I wasn't told I needed. How do I fix this? I've called stores, nothing, corporate stores, nothing. Phone support is just a punch to the face. I've put a new Sim for the carrier I want to use and even tried swapping it with one that was already active. Nothing
