I need help please - Just read

I haven slept maybe 3 hours in 6 days. I am under a lot of stress but this has never happened to me. I do have insomnia but it’s not this crazy.

I have spoken to two primary care doctors, my psychiatrist, AND went to the ER.

The primary care doctors both told me I needed to go to urgent care or see my psychiatrist. However, my psychiatrist prescribed to me a sleeping medication that I cannot take with the current meds that I’m on. He prescribed me 10mg of Amitriptyline Hydrochloride (Generic for Elaine) but I read online you can’t mix it with adderall. I’ve been taking Adderall since I was eight years old, but I’ve never had this severe of a problem sleeping.

When I went to the ER, the doctor literally said there’s not much we can do. He prescribed me 4 loss dk Ativan

6 days without sleep is inane but what’s even weirder is that I’m not tired and I haven’t been tires.

Can anybody give me advice on what to do because I’m not a loss for words like I have no clue what my next steps are but I need to figure something out or else I will go crazy.
