Do I lose out on Iconics if I start from Phantom Liberty?

I just started a new playthrough using the “start of phantom liberty,” Option. I went to my apartment expecting to see all the iconics you could collect up until that point, but to my disappointment there was nothing. Is there no way for me to obtain the mission specific iconics when starting from Phantom Liberty?
