Anyone experience Vomiting after being on Ozempic for months without going up in dose?

I’ve been on oz since January and have lost 42lbs that I’m really happy about. Other than this week I’ve experienced lots of nausea that usually just ends up being hunger and some constipation but never vomited.

Then this week I took my injection a few days later due to travel like I’ve done in the past but this time I woke up throwing up Wednesday and have thrown up every day this week (now Saturday).

I get it through felix and the NP said I should get checked out by my family doc that I don’t have so I went to a walk in. The doctor was super nice and gave me Zofran, told me to make another appointment Tuesday before taking my next dose to reassess.

I’m mainly concerned about side effects randomly getting so bad after being on it for such a long time without issue. Has anyone else experienced this? Did it make you quit? Did you go down in dose? I’m worried that this nausea will never go away and I’ll have to quit this drug that’s helped me so much.

P.s. neither me or the doctor think it’s gastropresis as I am not throwing up undigested food, just whatever I try to eat in the morning comes right back up. She said it could just be a “bad week”? I also am not experiencing any bloating or pain whatsoever.
