Help me decide an upgrade path

I have an age old pc and really looking to upgrade my parts, but my budget doesn't allow me to do all of it at once. I am hoping to upgrade 1-2 parts at a time if possible.
My current specs are:
CPU: I3 10100
GPU: GTX 1060
RAM: 2 x 8 GB DDR4 2666Mhz
PSU: Cooler master MWE 450 V2 80+ B
Motherboard: Asus H410M-E

I have already upgraded my GPU to a RX 9060 XT 16GB and currently looking to upgrade my CPU as well. I mostly play games like Dota 2, Valorant but I am leaning more towards single player games rn. I also do basic Video editing and 3D modeling on AE and Blender. Other than these, I have no requirements.
What would be a good upgrade path? My budget is around 450 USD or 40,000 INR.
