DPF delete from Canada to US import tariffs/duties

Has anyone in the US, purchased a delete kit in the last few days from Canada? I am trying to determine if they qualify under USMCA (CUSMA) and/or if de minimus applies under $800?

One vendor is on hold as he is in the process of figuring this out through his broker, another vendor has pasted on their website that they must be paid up front. There is a default 2.5% tariff I believe but could be significantly larger if not qualified under USMCA.
