Was it or was it just a dream?

Ok, I’ve just woken up at 1:13am. I’ve been listening to subliminal messages from a YouTube video.

I think I fell asleep maybe but I woke up at like a “supermarket” but the shelves were kind of empty. Then I met a women who was almost robotic, who was talking to me (saying the subliminal messages I realise now) as I was panicking thinking “will I hear my alarm for work?” (It’s Sunday tomorrow - and my birthday! I don’t have work but whatever!” Anyways, I was switching in this “dream” between being awake in it and astral projecting.

Was it APing/reality shifting? Or just a cool inception dream? I really hope it was, but I want to check I was right or not. It felt like nothing I dreamed of feeling before!
