Groupset and brake suggestions for my next build

I decided to order a Gravel frame from Aliexpress. I can't decide which groupset and brakes I'd pick. I live in very hilly enviroment, so 2x with direct mount + side swing is a must. My current fatbike has 1x Shimano XT and it's very nice. For my new daily commuter I am choosing between XT and Cues U6000. I haven't tried Cues, so would you recommend it for longevity with 2x front derailleur?

For brakes I'd like to have anything powerful as possible. After Youtube I'd like to try Zrace 4 from Aliexpress. How long I'd expect them to last before leaks? I can't find any long term reviews. Other option I have is used hydraulic Deore XT. Is it too risky to buy used set? I don't use brakes heavily since I try to avoid using them.
