Repeated injection at the same site in abdomen 2 times - Lipohypertrophy?

I'm on EEn (50mg/ml) 2mg/5-6 days. Since this is my first month on injections I might have messed up and injected around the same site after 10 days.

It feels like a hard lump directly under my dermis. It isn't painful but it's ever so slightly painful (like 0.5 on a scale of 10) when I apply pressure with my nails scratching on the skin surface directly above the lump. Could be around 1cm^2 in size. It's not visible and can only be sensed with touch. It is not red or itchy.

Will this go away on its own? Should I get it officially diagnosed? Just a bit worried.
