Concerned about bleeding whilst on pill!

I've been put on control (femodene) for 4 months now to deal with bad pelvic pain (my doctor believes I could be endometriosis but has put referral in for laparoscopy).

I haven't missed a single day and it's taken every single day at the same time. I've been experiencing light bleeding pretty much daily but GP said if I can deal with it for now that would be great ratjer than changing the pill I'm on since we've struggled to find one that works for me. Only yesterday, I've started a full on period that has left me screaming in pain.

Has anyone else been through this whilst on the pill? Im slightly concerned........
