CarPlay

Hi, hope you are all well. The Siri on my Apple CarPlay has stopped playing songs on Spotify when asked. Siri says that he is unable to process the request, or that there is a problem. Asked a friend with a BMW from the same year, is having the same issue. Has anyone come across this or know any fixes. Thanks in advance 😀
