Help with College work

I have ADHD, and I have a really hard time focusing which is obvious. The bad thing is I’m doing college work for the first time, and it’s really hard. I can’t seem to get away from the distractions and the transition from high school work to college work is quick. I need like top-tier motivation/help because this is due Sunday 1 AM and I have hardly read any of this that I need to be reading. I can’t read this. I’m it’s too much.
