Do I have EHS?

Through these months i’ve started to notice some weird things when I’d be about to sleep or just really tired. Like every time I’d be laying in my bed almost sleeping while scrolling through my phone and stuff, I’d hear a sudden noise coming up in my ears making me super awake again. And these noises could be several different types like people talking and then suddenly screaming, metal clanking, some animal squeaking…? And It’s crazy like, my mind generates these things and sometimes I can actually understand some words these people say but I’d just forget it in seconds. Also about these noises are kind of 3D…? I can hear two different noises coming from different sides, distances at the same time… So this week I searched about it, and it told me I had like a syndrome, explosive head syndrome. And also the causes were very similar with which I had (Sleep deprived, anxiety, stress). But not like the shock waves and stuff, I only “feel” the noises and nothing more. (I searched and I only have the auditory hallucinations from the EHS)
