hi friends, i wonder when the “don’t touch my wheelchair” goes away if ever? i’m a pretty new wheelchair user and i still feel so protective of my chair like i don’t want even others in my family touching it and especially not sitting on it. part of me feels like it makes sense but another part of me feels like im just being bitter and an asshole.
