What Grand Gallery items to prioritize?

I have completed some scenarios, and I have about 600 tickets to throw around. I haven't bought anything yet. I read that the [Fur coat guy] , the [Advanced weapons from sewing machines guy], [Income from engineers+] guy and Actor are good, but that leaves me with ~300 to spare.

What's next? Another few actors? Something else?
