Most players can agree that the Builder Base is irrelevant and not fun to play. It was originally proposed as a way to play the game while your troops in the main village take time training. That reasoning was nowhere near enough justification for Builder Base to exist in the way it was since you could only loot once a day, and the 2.0 update literally did the least it could do to improve this. Now that training time is gone, the entire point of this village is a million percent obsolete, unless you really want to spend time and money on one extra builder and 5 extra gems per day. The Builder Base needs a reason to exist.

My proposal is this:

•	Builder base star bonus rewards you with MAIN VILLAGE gold, elixir, dark elixir (all transferred to your treasury), AND ORES, on top of the builder base loot you already get. This gives players an incentive that includes the most important part of the game (the main village) especially if they are struggling to find an active war clan to fill up their treasury.

•	Add Dark Builder Elixir for the hero upgrades. Using Builder elixir for everything is annoying.

•	Add Builder Base Wars, though the only rewards for this are Builder loot exclusively. This is a good way to get more builder loot, though increasing the loot you gain from normal attacks wouldn’t hurt either. This contributes to clan XP, and you can do Village Wars and Builder Wars at the same time.

•	Add a War type that joins together both Main Village and Builder Base. Winning the war doubles the loot both of your villages receive, but stars won from both main village and builder base attacks are counted towards the total. You can’t do Village or Builder Wars at the same time as a Joint War.

•	The ore economy is really bad right now as there is no way to consistently get ores. Make that the builder base’s job. On top of the hefty ore reward you get from the builder star bonus, you can now get an Ore Mine. This will not mine ores passively as you still have to earn them, but now you can obtain them at any time. The Ore Mine allows you to pick a clan games-style challenge that, once completed, allows you to earn ores. Difficult challenges equate to more/rarer ores. These challenges could be something simple like “destroy X amount of double canons” or something challenging like “use this army to get a 6 star.” Heck, maybe some challenges could even include attacking in the main village.

For any of this to actually be enjoyable to do, you have got to rework the battle system itself to be more fun. Rework troops and add new ones, add new hero types, rework defenses, analyze the meta, literally whatever needs to happen just needs to happen. This base can solve issues in the main village like the ore economy, but you have to address the root issues of the builder base first to make any of that happen.

Let me know what you guys think of this idea!!
