Key stuck in ignition

Hey guys just wondering if anyone else has had the problem of the key just not coming out of the ignition only started happening 2 days ago, I can manage to get it out after about twisting and rapidly turning it but it takes me a while, has anyone had this problem before and if so how has it been fixed ? Thanks
