Fall fishing in Northern Wisconsin

I am fishing on Lost Land Lake and Teal Lake in Northern WI the first week of October. I have gone fishing on these lakes the same time every year for the past 5 years and have had no success. Usually we troll suckers. Looking for any tips, tricks, ideas on trolling rod set up, depth the suckers should be set at, any insight on these specific lakes, etc.
