PCSing with Gaming Console - Ps5

Hello Air Force reddit,

I am creating this post seeking advice from more experienced individuals with PCSing , who may have or may not have a Ps5.

I am PCSing soon with my Ps5 and I have heard a lot of terrible things about military movers. I am concerned about possible theft or damage. I have recorded that the Ps5 and Ps5 Controllers work to cover my end.

With that said, I have heard that some people bring their gaming devices as check-in baggage. Has anyone done this before? Would anyone recommend check-in baggage over UB baggage?

Thank you for reading and thank you in advance!

TLDR; Ps5 go in check-in baggage or UB goods?
