Suffering due to Airtel prepaid connection

About 9 years ago, I was in Bengal for my studies and had bought a prepaid Airtel mobile number. It worked fine all these years.
However, last month my mobile stopped receiving any signal. When I checked with customer care, I was told the issue is due to pending KYC requirements.

Now I’m in an unusual situation: I live in Canada, while my family is in Haryana. The Airtel Store in Haryana says they cannot process KYC for SIMs originally bought in West Bengal.

Can someone please suggest a solution for this problem? I am willing to pay if somebody can help
