Hikeep K6-L Speed Limiter

Does anybody know how to remove the speed limiter on a Hikeep K6-L ebike?? I keep seeing people say to hold down the throttle and brakes for 20 secs while turning on the ebike, but that does not work on the K6-L model, only on the upgraded model K6-T.

If anyone has this ebike and has been able to unlock it, I would really appreciate your help! :)
