Book recommendation that actually teaches how to implement specific therapy techniques in session?
I’m currently reading Jung’s volume 16 and it’s wonderful at talking about how his theory works, and how to actually do analysis of dreams and other techniques in session with clients. I love it as it’s not just only abstract talking about a philosophical idea or worksheets I give to clients. I have honestly been using specific therapy workbooks with each client as I’m not trying to reinvent the wheel, I can use the workbooks as guide for my own sessions, but I wonder if their are other books that explain what a session should be like much like Jung’s work, or CBT basics and beyond that’s another book I read thats set up much like Jung’s work.
