Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160Mhz Driver error code 43 & 10

My brother's 1 year old Lenovo Legion Pro 5 has been having issues with its Intel wifi driver, we've attempted installing the latest driver version but it doesn't seem to have helped much. Is there anything else we can do here? Cause my gut's telling me this isn't a hardware issue as this laptop is pretty dang new.
