From Seattle to Switzerland

My husband (36M) and I (31F) are moving from Seattle, WA to Switzerland in 2028. He is a Swiss citizen, I am American. We are enrolling in German lessons now to prepare as we want to be able to find jobs, build community, and integrate successfully! I have been fairly successful in my career working for luxury hotels and travel agencies, but do not have a degree. I currently work for a Destination Marketing Organization in Tourism Development. Knowing this, when the time comes what kind of jobs should I look for? I want to make sure I’m prepared for this move and considering I don’t have a degree, want to make sure I’m able to find work. Is there anything that would be helpful to focus on or learn prior to moving? Appreciate the insight!
