HELP CHOOSING CPU AND GPU

I have been looking for a while now and I have no clue of what to do... I want to play 1440p and well I usually play AAA, shooters and sports games, and I have this decision... Choosing Rx 9070 xt and ,7600 X or 5070 and 9700x, the prices are 699€ for 9070 and 560€≈ for the 5070 and well I am not that much of an expert in terms of computers but I certainly think the xt is better but Nvidia has ray tracing and dlss and I wanted to ask for help
