New to Long Range and want some suggestions on upgrades

Hey guys, just looking for suggestions on what I could / should upgrade on my Long Rangeish hunting setup (I know they are not the same).

Current Rifle Tikka T3 Scout .308 MDT LSS Gen 2 Chassis Arken 6-24x50 Harris BiPod Omega 36M Can.

Definitely want a pic rail for the Action to mount my scope.(suggestions?)

What other things should I consider upgrading? (Can’t afford a nightforce 😂)

I was thinking maybe the bolt & charging/bolt handle. But wasn’t sure if bolt would effect accuracy.

Would like to improve accuracy with upgrades
