So, both of my S08's are faulty

Well, three months ago I posted here about how my Letshuoer S08 suddenly died. Letshuoer agreed on sending me a replacement set but oh, the replacement set is faulty too. Idk if Letshuoer will be giving me a third set or if they will ghost me but this is sad. A set I loved so much it became my daily, it was so musical and non fatiguing. I probably will never buy from them (and Artti since they're the same) anymore due to this experience.

Are there any other options for tunings like the one on the S08 apart from the Explorer? Or are those the only ones with that type of tuning.
