English version Sugar Sugar Rune

I was wondering if anyone else had ever seen an English version of Sugar Sugar Rune (S2R) that was named exactly like the translated title in English.

It aired on Cartoon Network in the Philippines in June of 2011 but however, there are no known recordings / scans of the episodes as well as promotional images.

Also there is evidence of this dub was found on the 17th of December in the year 2017.

Can someone please find raw recordings of the English version of Sugar Sugar Rune? If so, please let me know. ;)
