What could this be?

So the last 2 days I’ve felt off - today worse than yesterday- feels like I didn’t take my Effexor - brain “zaps” under water feeling, sore muscles- pins needles- nothing changed all meds taken on time etc and terrified it’s another set back. I have neuropathy in my right foot as well- not sure if there are side effects or common, or should I be concerned? Thankfully have neuro this week … was supposed to get my DL back but now not so sure
