Reviews not saving properly

Has anyone had this issue the last few days? I do my reviews like normal, load a picture and save it. It confirms that it's been submitted, but then it doesn't come off my "awaiting review" page. And then when I click to try to review again, it's still there but the pictures are gone. I've reached out to Amazon, but have not got any responses yet and now I'm starting to gaslight myself into it being something I did wrong.
