Could Bayta be a robot?

In e8, we see >! Bayta stroke Dawn’s temple in a gentle way, showing her compassion, which we have seen many times. The very next scene shows Demerzel doing the exact same motion with Zephyr Voralis. This can’t be by accident. !<

This is certainly not an uncommon behavior, but the juxtaposition can’t be ignored. Not saying this theory is true, but is there evidence that disproves it? Inquiring minds want to know (mainly just me)
