13” 2015 MBP exploded

My MacBook Pro suddenly exploded and aggressively sparking nearly setting my flat on fire. I had an official battery replacement that I paid £200 for at an Apple store back in 2019 (due to a bulging battery) and I’ve been using an official Apple charger.

Are Apple likely to replace this given its out of warranty? It’s caused damage to my apartment and there’s toxic smelling smoke residue all over the place. There was also no water damage to the machine that triggered it.
