charley horse in abdomen

Did you ever find out what these spasms were? I’ve had two within less than a month. And they are scary. I’m doubled over and it’s like I’m stuck ( can’t straighten). Similar to a Charley horse in calve but the upper abdomen. I’m 5’ 128 lb ( menopausal belly) female. Just So so active.
