CCA Hold Down and T6/Swing

Just to clarify, I'm asking this with a resigned sigh. It's because other carriers can't mind their own business.

CCA has a hold down on a route, the T6/Swing was bumped to another route on his swing. The T6 wasn't upset, didn't complain, nothing. Of course, another carrier with nothing better to do than start drama was complaining about the T6 being bumped. T6 says "CCA is holding down the route. I think the contract says I get bumped. I'm not worried since I'm on another route on my swing."

"Drama carrier" is saying a grievance should be filed and that management can't do that to regular carriers, CCA hold downs are secondary, blah, blah, blah. T6 is a chill guy. If there is a contract violation, he goes to the officers and confirms. The union president didn't say a violation occurred so we're going with the president.

However, we're all looking at the contract and can't find the article about CCA hold downs. We want the contract language so we can tell the "drama carrier" to STFU.
