G502 Mouse issues?

G502's G4 and G8 buttons aren't being detected in game for some reason. The buttons do work outside of the game.

The other side buttons, when mapped to skill buttons (q, w, e) work just fine but specifically buttons G4 and G5 aren't being detected at all in POE 2

Tried reinstalling g hub and verifying POE2 install. No dice.
