Infantry flares

What do you think of flares for infantry?

Flare guns that act like aircraft flares.

Chopper keeps getting locked on to?

Ask a couple squad mates to equip flares.

Would make working as a team more rewarding.

Chopper incentive to protect squad that are attacking/defending the objective.

Infantry incentive to protect chopper. Killing the trying to kill squad.

Make choosing equipment important again.

Might be overpowered.
