Going off Vitex

Hey everyone I decided to come off of vitex after being on it for 2 years straight While I was on it I definitely felt a bit of pms but nothing out of the ordinary. Teary every so often but nothing unmanageable. Before vitex I felt horrible, endless crying, ideation, the worst. And then going on it I really felt better I thought maybe bc during that time I was going through a rough patch but after being off of vitex for a month now and having this cycle I’m really really feeling awful about myself and I can’t stop crying again all the old symptoms came back.

What’s been your experiences w vitex and should I just go back on it?
