Is there a way to get less tryhard quickmatchs?

When the game first started quickplay was more casual and everyone was not pros so I didint have to take the game too serious to win. now almost everytime I play with has gm and celestial badges and it feels just as hard as competitive. Is there a way to go back to more casual lobbies?I am level 70 is that the reason?
