1 year mark post active duty.

Hello, quick question. Currently have a rating but working on submitting a new claim with some conditions I didn’t know could be rated. I read a lot of comments saying “as long as you were diagnosed in service or within a year post active duty” my question is what is the actual rile for this? Or where can I find this info? Thanks in advance!
