Jameson Williams or Devonta Smith

I heard a podcast that people would rather have Smith in case AJ Brown goes down, he’s the clear cut WR1. It had me thinking if Amon Ra goes down, I feel like Teesla would take more volume than Williams. Would you rather keep the ceiling on Williams than the consistency of Smith? Luckily, Williams is my WR3, so i don’t have to start him unless my starters (Nabers, London, and Wilson) are on a bye.What do you think?
