First ever PC, wondering if it's a fair deal

PC Purchase Advice

Hey there, this is my first ever Reddit post so yay! Ha. But uhm, I went to a locally owned computer store that had a gaming PC for sale. I originally wanted to do financing with Best Buy, but I was declined. I also tried it with NewEgg, but got denied there too (yay). The PC I found at this place though is $499. It has a ryzen 7 eight core processor, 16,384 MB memory, 512 GB m.2 SSD drive, and an nVidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (which I've seen is kinda bad but the only games I really want are Phasmophobia, Wizard101, the sims 4 and some old RPG games). Is this a fair deal and will it work well enough for the games I want to play?
