Earbuds or headphones for long lectures??

My budget is around 2000-2300 and also they should not be bad for ears so which one should I prefer?

My main uses: •Studying (need good isolation to block out noise and stay focused) •Occasional music, movies, maybe calls

What I care about: •Comfort (something I can wear for a couple hours without fatigue) •Decent sound quality •Noise isolation
