Predicted grades for retake students

I flopped my Alevels, got DDE, was predicted ABB at a grammar school 6th form. I've been smart my whole life and got mostly 9s at GCSE, but some stuff happened and I just didn't study at all this time I've decided I'm gonna retake, my school is willing to help with ucas but not retaking, and said they'll predict me ABB again. I know people that retook and used a private tutor for their predicted grades. I'm not rich so the private tutor wouldn't be one of them courses charging 9k a term, just a normal tutor that offers to do predicted grades and reference for you.

My question is whether Unis care where you got your predicted grades from, since I got low and am retaking. Will they trust the school more or a private tutor.
