It's a fine week for the Diplomat and a terrible week for the bone market. There are a few options available but they are all for advanced players. One thing worthy of note, there is a recipie which is only doable with an item from Fruits of the Zee. Thankfully that starts on Thursday! If you have a lot of Relic of the thighs of St Fiacre, I would hold out till then, if not I will give a few options to use up your exhaustion and you can just farm birds or mammoths for a better week.

Using Exhaustion

Put 2 custom engraved skulls(if you have some, from FotR) on to a Ribcage with a bouquet of 8 spines, if it is birds next week, it's payday, if not, put 6 bright brass skulls on it, equip a woesel and break it down into bone fragments. That gets you some bang for your buck. Don't do this before you go to the khanate if you are selling a bird to the Diplomat. He will not buy anything if your exhaustion is capped.

Either use a ribcage with a bouquet of 8 spines or a skeleton with 7 necks. There are a number of ways to maximise the secondary payout, you want the total amount of Amalgamy + Menace + Antiquity to be exactly 24(This gives 97 Comprimising Documents). Aside from that, he doesn't care about implausibility so cram on as many bright brass skulls as possible. Below is just one of many possible options
