Indoor training apps - Systm, Rouvy, Zwift, etc. Help Needed

Hey everyone, getting back to training after two years of hernia surgeries and just life. Since January I have been getting my fitness back up and feel pretty good now. Ran 110 miles in August, been biking regularly etc. My last full IM was AZ in 22 and back then I did vast majority of my bike training indoor via Wahoo Systm. I really liked their training plans as I feel like they improve my overall biking strength or whatever you want to call it. I have never used any other indoor app like Zwift.

My question is, I have seen a lot of chatter about Rouvy as they are the official partner and they have the official IM bike courses to train on. I do like that and feel like i would use that feature to better practice the course for whatever full of half IM i sign up for in 26. My question however is regarding their training. Is it actually better than Systm? Is there something better than Systm?

Overall, social aspects don't seem like a must have. Granted i have never tried so maybe i am missing out on something amazing, but mostly I really want to get stronger, crush my bike sections and beat my previous times.

Looking for suggestions and personal experiences. Thanks
